City Council meeting of October 1, 1990 <br />Page 5 <br />Vail made motion, Jesinski seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1990-27, <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC REGULATORY AND SAFETY <br />SIGNS. <br />VOTING AYE: Olson, Jesinski, Vail, McAllister, Atkinson <br />VOTING NAY: None <br />Motion Carried. <br />RESOLIJTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT BILL S <br />The deadline for certifying delinquest bills on the tax rolls is October <br />10, 1990. The proposed resolution reflects the delinquent bills <br />recommended for certification. <br />Olson made motion, Vail seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1990-28, RESOLUTION <br />DECLARING DELINQUENT UTILITY BILLS FOR PLACEMENT ON THE 1991 TAX ROLLS. <br />VOTING AYE: Jesinski, Olson, McAllister, Vail, Atkinson <br />VOTING NAY: None <br />Motion Carried. <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING ASSESSMENTS <br />The deadline for annual certification of assessments with Washington <br />County is October 10, 1990. The proposed resolution reflects all <br />assessments for certification in 1990, collectible in 1991. <br />Jesinski made motion, Olson seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1990-29, <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS COLLECTIBLE IN 1991. <br />VOTING AYE: Vail, McAllister, Olson, Jesinski, Atkinson <br />VOTING NAY: None <br />Motion Carried. <br />COMPLAINT <br />The City Council received a copy of a letter from a Hugo resident issuing <br />a complaint regarding the parking of junk automobiles adjacent to a <br />residential zoning district. The complaint in question was signed, <br />however, the name was deleted pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices <br />Act. This matter is being brought to the City Council for direction as <br />per Council policy. The City Council reviewed the complaint, and referred <br />the matter to the City's Code Enforcement Officer for his review and <br />findings. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />The City received a letter from Tony and Joe Niemczyk, who were also <br />present at the meeting, requesting City Council approval to construct a <br />
