,3 <br />City Council meeting of 2/21/89 <br />Page <br />and the commission recommended approval of the minor subdivision and <br />waiver of platting requirements subject to special conditions. Rice Creek: <br />Watershed District has notified the city that the permit for this <br />subdivision has been issued, and should be received by the city prior to <br />the city council meeting. <br />'Jail made motion, McAllister seconded, to approve the final certificate of <br />survey #2-21-89 for Fred and Mare Macalus, waiver of the formal platting <br />proceudre, for the following described property: The northeast 1/4 of the <br />northwest 1/4 of Section 5, T31N, R21W. Approval is subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Condition of approval shall be tied directly to compliance with the <br />watershed district permits and recording of the required easements. <br />2. All fees related to the subdivision shall be paid by the applicant <br />including the cost of recording documents with Washington County. <br />3. The developer shall pay fee in lieu of parkland dedication at the time <br />of final survey approval. <br />4. Approved driveways or drainageways- must include the installation of a <br />minimum 15" corrugated metal culverts acceptable to the city if <br />required by the building inspector. <br />5. Percolation tests must be provided on each of the buildable lots prior <br />to issuance of a building permit. <br />b. All lots shall be properly staked within the subdivision and lot lines <br />must be identified to determine proper building setbacks if required <br />by the building inspector. <br />7. Dedicate the east "._' of Tracts B and C for future extension of <br />Fo:hill Avenue. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />RENEWAL._ OF WORKMAN'S COMPENSATION 1 NSURANCE <br />Currently, the city utilizes the League of Minnesota Cities Self -Insured <br />Workers Compensation program, to cover- city employees. The annual renewal. <br />date for this insurance is March 1, 1989. City staff recommends council. <br />authorization to continue our worker's compensation insurance with the LMC <br />as per our agreement #02-000390-3. <br />McAllister- made motion, Atkinson seconded, that the City of Hugo renew <br />it's worker's compensation insurance with the LMC as per our agreement <br />All aye.
