City Council meeeting of September 5, 1999 <br />Page 4 <br />Atkinson made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the <br />Mr. Richard Duck:stad for 6950 177th Street North, to <br />square foot attached garage for residential purposes <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />variance request of <br />construct an 964 <br />only. <br />REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY MOBILE HOME PERMIT (R. DIJCKS*T'AD) <br />Mr. Richard Duck:stad has made application to the City of Hugo for a. <br />temporary mobile home permit to allow use of a self-contained motor home <br />as a temporary residence for 90 days durinq construction of his proposed <br />home at 6950 177th Street, Hugo, MN. Mr. Duck:stad has assured us that all <br />waste materials from the temporary residence will be disposed of in a <br />proper manner, and that the site will be kept in a sanitary condition at <br />all times. <br />Olson made motion, McAllister seconded, to approve the application of <br />Richard Duck:stad at 6950 177th Street, for a temporary mobile home permit <br />to allow use of a self-contained motor home as a temporary residence <br />during construction of his proposed residence. Said approval is subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. The permit shall be effective for a period beginning September 5, 1.959 <br />and ending December 5, 1959. <br />2. The applicant shall provide proof that arrangements have been made for <br />regular garbage pickup service on site. <br />3. The motor home will not be used as a temporary residence after <br />issuance of a certificate of occupancy within the time period <br />identified herein. <br />4. No waste generated by this temporary residence be disposed of on site. <br />5. The site in quesion be kept in a sanitary condition at all times. <br />6. No one shall be allowed to reside in the temporary residence other <br />than members of Richard Duc!::stad' s immediate family during the <br />effective period of this permit. <br />7. Any request for extension beyond the December 5, 1989 deadline will <br />require the making of a $500 financial deposit with the City to assure <br />removal of the temporary mobile home following issuance of a <br />certificate of occupancy for the house by the City's building <br />inspector. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />VARIANCE ANIS SITE PLAN APPROVAL C .-_l NMAN ) <br />Mr. Curt Inman has made application to the City of Hugo for a variance and <br />site pian approval to locate a 22' x 30" detached garage on his property <br />1.3' into the required side yard setback:. The City requires a minimum; 30 <br />side yard setback: on corner lots. The property in question is identified <br />as 5398 145th Street, and is at tt-ie corner of 1.A5th Street and Finale <br />Avenue. Mr. Inman has indicated that the oaraae will. be used for stor-ric-le <br />of a motor vehicle and other items. Tl;e property ire <br />question consists of two lots total.inig 70i;lot da:idt.h and 150' i.ri lc+ -t-. <br />
