13 <br />February 3, 1985 <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Schwab seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1986-2, THAT <br />AFTER RECONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 1986-1, THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL REQUESTS <br />THE MINNESOTA CHARITABLE GAMBLING CONTROL BOARD TO ISSUE THE PULL TAB <br />LICENSE APPLICATIONS APPLIED FOR RICCI'S AND THE BLACKSMITH LOUNGE ON <br />YOUR APPLICATION DATED 12/18/85 BY THE CITY OF HOPE. <br />VOTING FOR: Potts, Schwab, McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Hauer, Peltier <br />Motion Carried. <br />5.4 James Leroux - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to renew the mobile home permit <br />for James Leroux, for a 90 day period, subject to payment of $10.00 fee. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />JAMES MOSTEK - SUP <br />The city received a request from Jim and Nancy Mostek for an extension on the time <br />limit for their SUP. Because of the weather, they have been unable to complete <br />the project within the 60 day requirement. <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Schwab seconded, to extend the time for compliance of <br />the requirements of the Mostek SUP until May 31, 1986. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS & COMMITTEES <br />6.1 Ordinance Committee - No discussion. Information on proposed subdivision not <br />yet received from city attorney. <br />6.2 Planning Commission <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, to reappoint Raymond Olson to the Hugo <br />Planning Commission for a term to expire December, 1989. <br />VOTING FOR: Huaer, Peltier,Potts, Schwab <br />VO'T'ING AGAINST: McAllister <br />Motion Carried. <br />6.3 Building Inspector <br />For the record, the Council is not opposed to flying a MIA flag should the Lions Club <br />decide to purchase one. <br />REQUEST TO RESERVE SOFTBALL FIELDS <br />The city has been approached by the Ricci's slowpitch softball team for support to have <br />the White Bear Recreation Department reserve the city's field for them one night a <br />week. A letter to Fred Espe, coordinator, has already been sent basically addressing <br />this same request. <br />
