Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Bob <br />Bramstedt for the construction of a 60 x 200 building for repair and sales, <br />according to the plan submitted, and subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Property to be screened by wood or slat -type fencing on west side <br />only, a height of 8 feet. <br />2. The City reserves the right to require further screening at a later <br />date. <br />3. The owner/applicant shall expand the existing on-site septic system <br />when directed to so by the City Engineer. <br />4. Lights shall be installed at driveway entrance. <br />5. No storage shall take place outside of the fenced area. <br />6. No above ground construction until the RIND permit is issued. Poles <br />for the building may be installed. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.5 Leslie Raymond/Charles Shubat - Subdivision <br />Mr. Shubat was present to discuss the division of 40 acres into 4 10 acre parcels <br />along Fiona Avenue and 120th Street. All lots meet the 10 acre requirement. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the subdivision <br />request of Leslie Raymond to subdivide 40 acres into 4 10 acre parcels <br />subject to the following: <br />1. Payment of $300.00 parkland dedication. <br />2. Submit to City Clerk a signed Certificate of Survey showing no less <br />than 10 acres for each of the 4 parcels. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.6 Don Opse - _pecial Use Permit <br />Mr. Opse, 8295 122nd Street, is proposing the boarding of a horse on his property <br />in the RR2 district. Mr. Opse stated that he owns 42 acres although the assessor's <br />office stated the lot consisted of 2 acres. It was determined that his property <br />where the animal would be located would not have a negative impact on the sur- <br />rounding lakes in the area. <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Hauer seconded, to grant a Special Use Permit to Don <br />Apse for the boarding of one horse in the RR2 district, and subject to <br />t following conditions: <br />1. The horse to be pastured in the fenced area according to the Site Plan. <br />2. The permit be up for annual review at the discretion of the City Council. <br />3. The permit will become null and void with the change of fee owner. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
