October 6, 1986 <br />5.11 Eugene Shultz - Renew Mobile Home Permit <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to renew the Mobile Home Permit <br />for Eugene Shultz for 90 days. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />SHORELAND MANAGEMENT <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Hauer seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1986-22, A RESOLU- <br />TION TO PUBLISH A SUMMARY OF THE SHORELAND MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE RATHER <br />THAN THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Hauer seconded, to approve the minutes of September 15, <br />1986, after the following changes have been made: <br />Page 105 (5.1) - Planning Commission will hold a public hearing 10/1/86.... <br />Page 106 (5.2) -"along the entire southern boundary....." <br />Page 110 - operation is in conformance (Frampton matter) <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.1 Gerald Sullivan - Subdivision <br />Mr. Sullivan is purchasing property along 170th Street, and initially proposed <br />creating three parcels of land. Mr. Sullivan was present at the meeting and presented <br />a revised plan that would combine lots 2 and 3, totaling 20.26 acres. The property <br />is within the Conservancy district. <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the subdivision for <br />Myrtle Gessner/Gerald Sullivan (1986-58) according to the submitted Certi- <br />ficate of Survey. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.2 Chris Molitor - Subdivision <br />Mr. Molitor is proposing the division of 10 acres from a 29.4 acre parcel. The <br />land lies within the Agricultural district. <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Hauer seconded, to approve the subdivision for Chris <br />Molitor to divide 10 acres from a 29.4 acre parcel. Approval subject to <br />submission of a signed certificate of survey and payment of parkland dedi- <br />cation in the amount of $100.00 <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.5 Debra Miller - Disc on use of property (15857 Forest Blvd.) <br />Ms. Miller, realtor in the sale of the above described property aka Midwest Seeder, <br />presented Mr. Gustafson who is interested in purchasing the property. The existing <br />building would be remodeled for use in a garment manufacturing business. The land <br />is presently zoned RB and would need to be rezoned to Industrial to accommodate the <br />business. Mr. Gustafson was informed that the Planning Commission could hold a <br />
