October 27, 1986 <br />/1.j <br />Mr. McCullough never completed his drainage pond as requested by RCWD. He has deposited <br />a check in the amount of $2,000.00 as a sign of "good faith" that the pond will be <br />installed as required. <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Potts seconded, to adopt ORDINANCE 1986-jY4 AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE EN'T'ITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE <br />ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.4 Garry Boyer - Complaint <br />The Council inspected the Boyer property on 122nd Street, and determined no violation <br />of any zoning codes. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Potts seconded, that Councilman Schwab contact <br />Garry Boyer suggesting that he construct a fence along his west property <br />line to appease his neighbor, and notify him that cars must be licensed. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City Clerk write a letter <br />to the complaintant on the Garry Boyer matter and advise him that the <br />City Council does not find Mr. Boyer in violation of any zoning ordinances. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.5 George Indykiewicz - Mining Permit <br />Howard Kuusisto inspected the area and stated that everything looks fine. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Hauer seconded, to renew the Mining Permit for <br />'George Indykiewicz for one year. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />FRANK MILLER <br />Mr. Miller, representing Janet Pfurtscheller, was present to discuss the Site Plan <br />submitted for construction of a 30 x 48 pole building on 16 acres located on the <br />east side of Round Lake. There was a discrepancy in the property lines on the <br />plan submitted that is to be corrected. The property is zoned RR2 and meets the <br />square footage requirements. <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Janet <br />Pfurtscheller, 8745 122nd Street, for the construction of a 30 x 48 pole <br />building to be used for personal storage. Approval subject to submission <br />of a corrected site plan showing actual property lines. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />RONALD SCOBIE - Variance <br />Mr. Scobie, 7676 120th Street, needs a variance to construct a 40 x 56 pole building <br />closer to the road than the principal structure. The property is zoned AG, and the <br />total square footage of the accessory buildings would be below the allowed 3600 sq ft. <br />
