i 91 January 21, 1985 <br />Borndale - SUP <br />6. The applicant shall incorporate their three (3) existing properties into one <br />certificate of survey. <br />7. The applicant agrees that only 18 head of livestock will be permitted on site <br />at any given time. <br />8. All parking necessary to this operation shall be on private property. <br />9. Applicant to provide for control of any dust created by their operation. <br />This requirement is needed because of the lack of acreage. <br />10. The applicant is to reimburse the City of Hugo for any legal, engineer, or <br />inspection costs. <br />11. The City of Hugo reserves the right to impose additional requirements for noise <br />and lighting control if conditions dictate. <br />12. A Site Plan is to be submitted to the Hugo Planning Commission and/or the <br />City Council for approval prior to any building permit being issued. The <br />City Engineer is to review the site plan before Council approval. <br />13. The applicant has been made aware of the fact that due to the high concentra- <br />tion of livestock, a test well may be needed, in the future, for the testing <br />of ground water. <br />14. The applicant agrees that there are to be no horse shows held on the property. <br />15. The City of Hugo retains the right to add to, or subtract from, the above <br />conditions when deemed necessary. <br />16. The riding ring to be located on the south side of the new building. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.5 Elsie Jasinski - Rezoning <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to set a public hearing for 2/4/85, <br />to consider rezoning of 10 acres of property owned by Elsie Jasinski, lying <br />north of 177th Street, from C to A. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.6 John Niemczyk - Rezoning <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to set a public hearing for 2/19/85, <br />at 7:15 PM, to consider rezoning the NEa of the SA of Section 3 from <br />AG to C. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.7 Kevin Mann - Letter of Credit <br />Mr. Mann had submitted a letter of credit guaranteeing compliance with all require- <br />ments relative to the installation of an on-site septa system for his residence. <br />Inspector Kluegel verbally informed Clerk Creager that these conditions have been <br />complied with. <br />NOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to allow the letter of credit for <br />Kevin Mann to expire. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
