May 6, 1985 <br />Elsie Jasinski - Land Div <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Land Division for <br />Elsie Jasinski to divide 20 acres into 3 parcels (10, 5 & 5). Parkland <br />dedication, in the amount of $200.00, to be paid. <br />VOTING FOR: Peltier, Schwab, McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Potts, Hauer <br />Motion Carried. <br />5.6 Nadeau's Market - Site Plan Approval (CB) <br />39 <br />Dan Nadeau, representing the store, was present to discuss the proposed addition to <br />the existing store. The addition will be used for a smokehouse. The building in- <br />spector and Mr. Nadeau made an on-site inspection of the premises. Mr. Crever <br />stated that an addition in the CB district, more detailed plans will be required. <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Nadeau's <br />Market for the addition of a smokehouse, and subject to the following: <br />1. Plans drawn that are acceptable to the Building Inspector. <br />2. Owners to screen in rubbish containers to the east of the bldg. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.5 Paul Fladeboe - SUP <br />Mr. Fladeboe, 5829 147th Street, would like to construct a 26 x 30 garage on his <br />property. The existing garage will be converted into living space. Mr. Fladeboe <br />does not need a variange as code allows for 5' setback from interior and rear lot <br />lines in the SFU district. A Special Use Permit is required because the allowed <br />720 sq ft allowed will be exceeded. Fladeboe will also need an additional driveway. <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the Special Use Permit <br />for Paul Fladeboe for the construction of a 26 x 30 accessory storage <br />building in the SFU zone. Building will exceed square footage allowed. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.7 Wilson Tool - Sewer Construction <br />Attorney Johnson prepared an agreement for their review that will allow for them <br />to recover some costs for future connection to the sewer line. Wilson Tool would <br />be willing to pay for cost of construction in its entirety. Lloyd Carrigan and <br />Mark Jones, present at the meeting, were provided a copy of the agreement, and will <br />take the matter under advisement. <br />5.8 Bald Eagle Sportsman Assn - Annual Review <br />Mr. Timm, representing the club, reviewed with the Council the seven recommendations <br />as made by the Planning Commission (minutes of 4/24/85). The following will be <br />considered in amending their existing SUP: <br />1. The muzzleloaders will not be permitted to use the facility. <br />2. The BESA will absorb the cost to calcium chloride Goodview Avenue approximately <br />8/10's mile. <br />(cont.) <br />
