Item 4 <br />would be changed to read as follows: <br />4. The club will be opened the last two Sundays in September, and four <br />Sundays in October. Hours of operation to be from 12 o'clock noon <br />until 6:00 PM. <br />VO'T'ING FOR: Hauer, Peltier, Potts, Schwab, McAllister <br />Motion Carried. <br />5.5 Cvril LaCasse - Rezonina <br />Cyril LaCasse is proposing the rezoning of approximately 7 acres from Conservancy <br />to Agriculture. These seven acres would then be added to the 40 acres lying directly <br />east of the property to be rezoned. Ultimately, they would divide the 47 acres <br />into four lots. The Planning Commission recommended approval. <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Schwab seconded, to adopt ORDINANCE 1985-219, AN ORDI- <br />NANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY <br />AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. <br />VOTING FOR: Hauer, Peltier, Potts, Schwab, McAllister <br />Motion Carried. <br />5.6 Theresa Steiner - Addition to Residence in CB zone <br />Representatives of The Remodelers, Hugo, were present to described the work that <br />will be done on the Steiner residence located Fitzgerald - an 11 x 24 addition to <br />the garage, new outside siding, roofing, and insulation. <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for an <br />11 x 24 addition to Theresa Steiner's garage located in the CB zone. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
