60 July 1, 1985 <br />Previously appointed Tom Clymer will not be able to serve on the Fire Department. <br />McAllister asked that he submit a written resignation even though his appointment <br />was not finalized because of lack of a physical. Mayor McAllister also stated <br />he would like to have all accepted applicants appear before the Council. The <br />FD has 4 new applicants which will bring membership to 27, including officers. <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Potts seconded, to appoint Floyd Nettleton to the <br />Hugo Fire Department. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Schwab seconded,. to appoint Roger Henry Dirks to the <br />Hugo Fire Department. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to appoint Brad Moe to the Hugo <br />Fire Department. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: Hauer made motion, Peltier seconded, to appoint Rob Andre to the Hugo <br />Fire Department. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, authorizing the Fire Chief <br />to purchase four (4) sets of boots. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the Fire Chief be <br />authorized to replace all four (4) doors on the Fire Hall, in an amount <br />not to exceed $5,000.00. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, CONIlMICATIONS & LICENSES <br />5.1 Eugene Shultz - Temporary Mobile Hare Permit <br />Mr. Shultz was present and stated that he has made application for his building <br />permit, thereby eliminating the need for a letter of credit. He will need to <br />renew his mobile hone permit, however. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to renew the Mobile Hone Permit <br />for Eugene Shultz, and allow his letter of credit to expire on 7/5/85. <br />A new letter of credit will be required should construction not start <br />within 30 days. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
