October 7, 1985 <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Potts seconded, to approve the minutes of the special <br />meeting of September 25, 1985, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Hauer seconded, to approve the General Claims for <br />October 7, 1985, after the following additions have been made: <br />Floyd Nettleton, John Schoeller - $16.50/each <br />Mike Ferguson - $11.50 <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for <br />October 7, 1985, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br />Pi re Ch i Pf <br />The chief was present to discuss future purchases for the FD. Mayor McAllister <br />instructed Ron to obtain sealed bids for the purchase of pagers, chargers, and <br />batteries in blocks of 5. The bids will be opened at the Council meeting of <br />November 4th at 7:45 PM. <br />5.1 Francis Wollan - Farm Site Plan <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Farm Site Plan <br />for Francis Wollan for the construction of a 30 x 48 farm machine shed. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Hauer seconded, that the City Clerk be designated <br />as the Zoning Administrator as specified in Chapter 320-28, Subd. A. <br />Councilman Potts felt the Building Inspector should be the Zoning Administrator. <br />VOTING FOR: Peltier, Hauer, Schwab, McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Potts <br />Motion Carried. <br />5.2 Al Schoch - Farm Site Plan <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Farm Site Plan for <br />Al Schoch, 16881 Elmcrest, for the construction of a 30 x 56 pole barn <br />to be used for cattle and hay shed for feeder cattle. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
