October 7, 1985 <br />5.3 Peter Neilsen - Site Plan Approval <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Peter <br />Neilsen, 16130 Harrow Avenue, for the construction of a 30 x 40 pole <br />building to be used for cattle and horses. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.4 Wayne Polsfuss - Site Plan Approval and Variance <br />The Planning Commission held a special meeting 10/5 to make an on-site inspection <br />of the Polsfuss property at 10031 122nd Street. The Planning Commission, on a 3-1 <br />vote, recommended approval for the construction of a 20 x 22 accessory building <br />closer to the road than the principal building. <br />MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Wayne <br />Polsfuss, 10031 122nd Street, for the construction of a 20 x 22 garage <br />to be constructed in front of the principal residence. <br />VOTING FOR: Hauer, Peltier, Schwab, McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Potts <br />Motion Carried. <br />5.5 Ray Rogalla - Farm Site Plan <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Farm Site Plan for <br />Ray Rogalla, 8086 165th Street, for the construction of a 24 x 36 pole <br />building to be used as a machine shed. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.6 Joe Thill - Rezoning and Land Division <br />Mr. Thill, 9294 170th Street, is proposing the rezoning of approximately 60 acres <br />from Conservancy to Agriculture. He is planning on dividing 10 acres for future <br />sale. The Planning Commission recommended approval. <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Schwab seconded, to adopt ORDINANCE 1985-224, AN ORDI- <br />NANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" By <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: McAllister made motion, Potts seconded, to approve the Land Division for <br />Joseph Thill to divide 10 acres from 60 acres as indicated on Exhibit "A" <br />or the Certificate of Survey. Approval subject to $100.00 payment for <br />parkland dedication. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.7 Robert Ricci - Site Plan Approval (CB) <br />Mr. Ricci is proposing the construction of an 18 x 50 addition to the east side of <br />Ricci's Saloon. Mr. Ricci, present at the meeting, stated that there would be no <br />additional seating, because of the removal of the seating in the bar area. There <br />would now be an entrance directly into the dining area. <br />
