31 April 16, 1984 KEVIN MANN - cont. MOTION: Atkinson made motion, McAllister seconded, that Mr. Kevin Mann be required to move his building to meet the approved 10' setback. VOTING FOR: Atkinson, McAllister VOTING AGAINST: Peltier, Schwab, Vail Motion Failed. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Schwab seconded, that Mr. Mann be charged double for his Building Permit. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.4 Randall Irving - Renew of Mobile Home Permit MOTION: Peltier made motion, Vail seconded, to renew the Mobile Home Permit for Randall Irving, 12870 Henna A'enue , for a period of 90 days. All aye. MOtion Carried. 5.5 Darrell Tavernier - Liquor Licenses MOTION: Vail made motion, Peltier seconded, to grant the following licenses to Darrell Tavernier, LAKEVIEW INN, 4444 129th Street North: OFF SALE NON-INTOXICATING LIQUOR, ON SALE NON-INTOXICATING LIQUOR, and CIGARETTE, in the amount of $123.00. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.6 Glen Bjornson - Special Use Permit Councilman Schwab had contacted Mr. Bjornson, 12001 Ingersoll Avenue, regarding the need for a Special Use Permit for his cattle in the RR2 zone. Mr. Bjornson was to contact City Hall about this matter, but, to date, no contact has been made. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Schwab seconded, that the City Attorney be directed to send a notice to Glen Bjornson, that the keeping of non-domestic animals in the RRII zone, withou a Special Use Permit, is a violation of the Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Bjor is requested to appear at the next regular City Council meeting (May 7) at 7:30 PM. Failure to do so could result in prosecution of a misdemeanor. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.7 MAPSI - Animal Control Contract MAPSI, Inc., has sold its business in Minneapolis and relocated in Blaine, and has been purchased by its former employees. They willkrovide the same type of service - pickup to be made upon a phone call from city personnel.
