Motion Carried. <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMvMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES <br /> 5.1 Wilson Tool - Site Plan Approval <br /> Wilson Tool, located in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park, will be constructing a <br /> 12,600 sq ft addition to be used for warehouse purposes. A portion of the building <br /> will be heated to store certain items. They have made application to Rice Creek <br /> for a permit, and are on their agenda for June 27. It was the opinion of Kuusisto <br /> that the new parking area and addition will not create a great increase in water <br /> runoff or storage. The city will have to wait for Rice Creek's comments to see if <br /> they concur. Representatives of Wilson Tool, present at the meeting, were informed <br /> that they will be responsible for 2 SAC payments to MCC, 21 dditional units on <br /> their utility billing, and possible REC payment. The citiitatso have to meter the <br /> water flow in the industrial park to obtain a more accurate calculation of actual <br /> input into the Metro sewer line. <br /> MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Wilson <br /> Tool for the construction of a 12,600 square foot addition in the Bald <br /> Eagle Industrial Park, subject to a Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> All aye. (VAIL ARRIVED AT 7:14 PM) <br /> 5.3 Vern Peloquin - Minor Subdivision <br /> Mr. Peloquin is proposing the sale of approximately 1 .4 acres to Regal Plastics <br /> for the expansion of his business. Mr. Olson's present building site and the <br /> 1 .4 acre parcel will be combined into one (1) parcel. Proof of ownership and <br /> a Certificate of Survey was submitted by Mr. Peloquin. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Minor Subdivision <br /> for Vern Peloquin that lots 12 and 13 as proposed in the drawing dated <br /> 7/22/74 and 8/10/74, be approved. Lots 12 and 13 will become one parcel. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.4 Richard Schuh - Mining Permits (2) <br /> Mr. Schuh has made application for two permits - Duraine and Goiffon pits. Kuusisto <br /> stated that there is a large stockpile of gravel located at the pit. The area <br /> was not worked last year. Mayor McAllister stated that the city should consider <br /> the purchasing of more gravel at budget time. <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Mining Permits for <br /> Richard Schuh for the Duraine and Goiffon pits, subject to renewal of all <br /> financial guarantees. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.5 Joe San Cartier - Site Plan Approval <br /> Mr. SanCartier, 15125 Greene Avenue, would like to construct a 32 x 48 pole build- <br /> ing for his personal storage. His property is located in the AG zone. <br />
