May 21 ,1984 43 <br /> MOTION: Atkinson made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Joe <br /> SanCartier, 15125 Greene Avenue, for the construction of a 32 x 48 pole barn <br /> for his personal use. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 10.0 CLERK <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve NSP's Job Order G800419. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> The White Bear Rod & Gun Club has yet to pay the legal costs incurred as a result <br /> of their request for an opinion on the status of their SUP ($493.50) . <br /> MOTION: McAllister made nation, Atkinson seconded, that the White Bear Rod and Gun <br /> Club and their legal representative, be notified, by certified mail, that <br /> if their bill is not paid by July 2, 1984, the City Council will take whatever <br /> action is appropriate to collect the bill, including scheduled a public <br /> hearing where we may consider revocation of their SUP. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.2 George Lindy - Special Use Permit <br /> Dr. Linday was present to discuss plans for a waterski tournament proposed for Egg <br /> Lake on June 9, 1984. No DNR permit is required, but a permit from the Washington <br /> County Water Patrol should be obtained. A patrol rep was present and met with Dr. <br /> Lindy regarding the permit requirements. Dr. Lindy stated that he would attempt to <br /> notify all property owners abutting Egg Lake of his plans on June 9, 1984. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made notion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Special Use Permit <br /> for Dr. George Lindy, to have a waterski tournament on Egg Lake, June 9, 1984, <br /> subject to the following: <br /> 1. Dr. Lindy to provide the City of Hugo with a Certificate of Insurance <br /> naming Washington County, the City of Hugo, and the First State Bank <br /> of Hugo from any liability. <br /> 2. Dr. Lindy to deposit $100.00 to cover cost of police protection for <br /> the waterski tournament. <br /> 3. Dr. Lindy to obtain a valid water patrol permit from the Washington <br /> County Water Patrol. <br /> 4. The property of Todd Osterbauer to be roped off. <br /> 5. Dr. Lindy will take personal responsibility for the cleanup of the area <br /> after the event, and sanitary facilities, as may be needed. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Ron LaCasse was present to register a complaint against the property across from his <br /> residence. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City Clerk be directed <br /> to send the property owner a notice to appear the next City Council meeting <br /> (June 4, 1984) at 7:30 PM to discuss the unsiteliness of his lot. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
