May 21 ,1984 43 MOTION: Atkinson made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Joe SanCartier, 15125 Greene Avenue, for the construction of a 32 x 48 pole barn for his personal use. All aye. Motion Carried. 10.0 CLERK MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve NSP's Job Order G800419. All aye. Motion Carried. The White Bear Rod & Gun Club has yet to pay the legal costs incurred as a result of their request for an opinion on the status of their SUP ($493.50) . MOTION: McAllister made nation, Atkinson seconded, that the White Bear Rod and Gun Club and their legal representative, be notified, by certified mail, that if their bill is not paid by July 2, 1984, the City Council will take whatever action is appropriate to collect the bill, including scheduled a public hearing where we may consider revocation of their SUP. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.2 George Lindy - Special Use Permit Dr. Linday was present to discuss plans for a waterski tournament proposed for Egg Lake on June 9, 1984. No DNR permit is required, but a permit from the Washington County Water Patrol should be obtained. A patrol rep was present and met with Dr. Lindy regarding the permit requirements. Dr. Lindy stated that he would attempt to notify all property owners abutting Egg Lake of his plans on June 9, 1984. MOTION: McAllister made notion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Special Use Permit for Dr. George Lindy, to have a waterski tournament on Egg Lake, June 9, 1984, subject to the following: 1. Dr. Lindy to provide the City of Hugo with a Certificate of Insurance naming Washington County, the City of Hugo, and the First State Bank of Hugo from any liability. 2. Dr. Lindy to deposit $100.00 to cover cost of police protection for the waterski tournament. 3. Dr. Lindy to obtain a valid water patrol permit from the Washington County Water Patrol. 4. The property of Todd Osterbauer to be roped off. 5. Dr. Lindy will take personal responsibility for the cleanup of the area after the event, and sanitary facilities, as may be needed. All aye. Motion Carried. MISCELLANEOUS Ron LaCasse was present to register a complaint against the property across from his residence. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City Clerk be directed to send the property owner a notice to appear the next City Council meeting (June 4, 1984) at 7:30 PM to discuss the unsiteliness of his lot.
