62 August 6, 1984 5.3 Alfred Vogt - Site Plan Approval Mr. Vogt, 8980 170th Street, would like to construct a 30 x 80 pole barn on his property in the Conservancy zone. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Alfred Vogt, 8980 170th Street, for the construction of a 30 x 80 pole building for his personal storage. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.4 Gerald Handlos - Site Plan Approval Mr. Handlos, 6500 177th Street, would like to construct a 32 x 64 pole barn on his property in the Agriculture zone. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Gerald Handlos, 6500 177th Street, for the construction of a 32 x 64 pole building for his personal storage. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.5 Mike Gallivan - Land Division Mr. Gallivan, representing his father, fee owner Everette Gallivan, would like to divide 20 acres into two 10 acre parcels. Certificate of surveys were provided, but an inadequate proof of ownership will have to be corrected. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Land Division for Everette Gallivan to divide 20 acres into two 10 acre parcels, subject to submission of a satisfactory proof of ownership. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.7 Lloyd Sathre - Special Use Permit Mr. Sathre, 13040 Ingersoll Avenue, had made an application for a SUP to raise cattle in the RRII zone. Mr. Sathre informed the city that he would be unable to attend tonight's meeting or the following meeting. Representatives of the Sunset Lake Home Owner's Assn., were present to inquire whether Mr. Sathre had submitted any plans as recommended by the Planning Commission (see PC minutes of 7/25/84) . A petition signed by lake homeowners, as well as a survey of Mr. Sathre's property, was submitted to the Council. The petition was in opposition to the granting of the SUP. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the Clerk's office send a letter to Mr. Sathre stating that the City Council will take action on his application for a Special Use Permit at their meeting of September 4, 1984, at 7:30 PM, with or without his presence. Mr. Sathre is to submit a site plan indicating how he intends to comply with the Planning Commission recommendations. All aye. Motion Carried. Let the record show that the City Council accepts the petition and other material as submitted and will address at the meeting dealing with the SUP. Mayor McAllister and Howard Kuusisto will make an on-site inspection of Sathre's property.
