August 6, 1984 63 <br /> 5.8 James Leroux - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the renewal of the Mobile <br /> Hare Permit for James Leroux, 4360 165th Street, for a 90 day period. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.9 Kevin Mann - Amended SUP <br /> Mr. Mann is unable to meet the deadline of August 1, 1984 to start construction of his <br /> residence, as conditioned in the omiginal SUP. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion,Schwab seconded, to approve the Amended SUP for Kevin <br /> Mann for an additional 45 days to start construction of the principal bldg. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Attorney Johnson received az offer of settlement from the attorney representing the <br /> bonding company for the Armon System, in the amount of $2,000.00. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the City of Hugo accept the <br /> $2,000.00 settlement frau the bonding company for the Armon septic system. <br /> All aye. Notion Carried. <br /> NOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the applicant's for ASUP, <br /> File #1983-41 , and their representatives, be notified by registered or cer- <br /> tif ied mail, that the City Attorney has advised the Council he has received <br /> correspondence frau the Attorney General's office. The Council has directed <br /> Mr. Charles Johnson to submit a report to us at a Special meeting, as re- <br /> quested by the representative for the applicant's, and agreed to by the <br /> City Council. The Special Meeting will be August 15, 1984, at 7:00 PM, Hugo <br /> City Hall. The applicant's are to be reminded that the City has not received <br /> any documentation they agreed to provide regarding alternate plans they <br /> verbally proposed on November 2, 1983. <br /> All aye. Notion Carried. <br /> NOTION: McAllister made motion, Schwab seconded, that the Clerk's office be directed <br /> to provide the recessary staff having the skills or mechanical ability to <br /> record verbatim the Special meeting on August 15, 1984. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> NOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to set a Special Meeting of the <br /> Hugo City Council for August 15, 1984, at 7:00 PM, Hugo City Council, for the <br /> purpose of further'review of File #1983-41. No other city business will be <br /> conducted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> HOWARD KUUSISTO <br /> Mr. Kuusisto submitted a copy of a report as conducted by TKDA for the upgrading of <br /> County Road J east of T.H. 61. It has been determined that a pre-preliminary report <br /> would cost $3,500, a cost to be shared by Hugo and White Bear Township. Temporary <br /> repairs would cost the city $5,000.00, but could not determine how long the temporary <br />
