August 20, 1984 <br /> RICHARD GRANGER - Lake Air Estates <br /> Attorney Johnson recommended that the city obtain approval from the fiscal agent, <br /> bond counsel, and a cost estimate from the utility company for gas and electric. <br /> MOTION: Schwab made motion, McAllister seconded, to approve the Development <br /> Agreement for Birchwood Builders, Inc., contingent on approval from the <br /> fiscal agent, bond counsel, and a cost from the utility company for <br /> gas and electric. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute <br /> this agreement. <br /> VOTING FOR: Schwab, McAllister <br /> VOTING AGAINST: Peltier <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to grant final plat approval to <br /> Birchwood Builders, Inc., Lake Air Estates, subject to meeting all the <br /> conditions of the Development Agreement. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> These approvals do not guarantee approval for issuance of bands. <br /> 5.1 Richard Dostal - Land Division <br /> Mr. Dostal, owner of 113 acres in the AG zone, would like to divide 10 acres from <br /> his property. The new lot would contain the house and all the out buildings. <br /> A certificate of survey was submitted as well as proof of ownership. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the Land Division <br /> for Richard Dostal subject to payment of $100.00 for parkland dedication. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.2 Robert Powers - Site Plan Approval <br /> Mr. Powers, 15457 Elmcrest Avenue, would like to replace a building destroyed on <br /> his property with a 24 x 48 pole type building. <br /> MOTION: Schwab made motion, McAllister seconded, to approve the Site Plan for <br /> Robert Powers, for the construction of a 24 x 48 pole building for his <br /> personal use only. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.3 Ronald Gray - Site Plan Approval <br /> Mr. Gray would like to construct a 24 x 30 garage at 14609 Fitzgerald Avenue. The <br /> building would be located 5' from the rear and sideyard setback. The Hugo Feed <br /> Mill submitted a letter stating that they have no opposition to the setbacks. <br /> MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Site Plan for Ron <br /> Gray for the construction of a 24 x 30 garage setback 5' from the rear <br /> and sideyard property lines. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
