Mrs. Hill was also informed that she will have to apply <br /> for the necessary licenses at the county level. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the Special Use <br /> Permit for Shirley Nelson Hill dba Oneka Hills Farms, Inc., to operate <br /> a bar and restaurant at 12010 Keystone Avenue North, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1 . Mrs. Hill has declared that she is the sole stockholder in Oneka <br /> Hills Farms, Inc., and will notify the city of any change in stock- <br /> holders of the corporation. <br /> 2. Mrs. Hill shall apply for and obtain the necessary licenses from <br /> the Washington County Human Services Department prior to issuance <br /> of the on sale liquor license. <br /> 3. The SUP is subject to annual review, and the city will reserve the <br /> right to have the property owner install a barricade or fence within <br /> the property line for traffic control should it become a problem. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.3 Marvin LaValle - Land Division <br /> Marvin LaValle, representing his mother and fee owner, Dolores, is proposing the <br /> division of 16.5 acres into two parcels - 7.9 acres with building and 8.6 acre <br /> parcel. <br /> MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the Land Division for <br /> Dolores LaValle to divide 16.5 acres into two parcels - 7.9 acres and <br /> 8.6 acres, provided the land is 16.5 acres and the submitted legal <br /> description is correct. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.4 Thomas Hubman - Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Hubman, 13744 Keystone, would like to obtain a SUP to operate a woodworking <br /> shop in the AG zone. This use is not allowed in that zone, and the Planning <br /> Commission forwarded the application with no recommendation because of a tie <br /> vote. McAllister stated that the city cannot legalize a use which is not allowed <br /> in a particular zone. However, the city can amend the zoning ordinance. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, that the application of Thomas <br /> Hubman for a SUP to operate a woodworking shop in the AG zone be denied <br /> for the following reason: <br /> Does not meet the criteria of the ordinance for a home occupation be- <br /> cause operation would be located in an accessory building. <br /> McAllister withdrew his motion and Peltier her second. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to schedule a public hearing <br /> for January 7, 1985, at 8:30 PM, to consider an amendment to the zoning <br /> ordinance to allow woodworking shops in the AG and CONS districts. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
