Lee T�;artin mentioned Harrow Avenue South <br /> of County Road 4 had a few bad spots. <br /> Howard said he had contacted people regardii:ng dust control, and they will <br /> notify him shortly as to cost, etc. <br /> Howard was told to proceed with the road projects he considered in priority. <br /> TText to be discussed was an amended Special Use Permit for June Smith. She <br /> had appeared again before the Planning Commission stating they could not <br /> afford to install another septic system at the present time, and wondered <br /> if they could reduce the number of children in the center to ten, and have <br /> a longer period of time in ,which to install another system. The commission <br /> had recommended an amendment of the permit, lowering the nwilber of children <br /> to ten, and giving her until September 1 , 1975 to have the other se!rcr <br /> system installed. l.t that point it was brought out that K_rs. Smith did not <br /> make a formal application for an amended permit, nor pay the '25 ,00 fee, <br /> and the following action was taken: <br /> I"otion made by LaValle, seconded by TTartin to table the June Smith request <br /> for an amended special use permit, and that the Clerk' s office notify her <br /> that she should mage out an application and pay the fee, and appear before <br /> the Council June 3rd. Tlotion carried. <br /> There had been a request from Don Albright to the Planning Commission <br /> for a Variance to build an addition to his Dome with a tuck under garage. <br /> If he would do this, he would be within nine inches of the property line. <br /> According to Dan Spitzer, this would require a ten foot setback, and was <br /> denied by the Planning Commission for this reason. It was mentioned that <br /> fire safety is -the primary reason for setbacks. <br /> T=ot-ion made by LaValle, seconded by 11artin that application for a Variance <br /> from Side Yard Setback by Don Albright be denied as recommended by the <br /> Planning Commission. T?otion carried. <br /> Clerk Burkard reported on the following: <br /> A card had been received froim 7..-?h.ite Bear Oil stating the burners could be <br /> cleaned for 118.00 each. T'otion made by LaValle, seconded by ITartin that <br /> Clerk's office contact White Bear Cil Company regarding annual checkup <br /> of our two burners. Totion carried. <br /> Dave Lindahl and George I'Tiron had sent their T'obile Home Permit renewals <br /> in and the following action was taken: <br /> ATotion made by Lease, seconded by Leroul; that I'obile Rome Permit for David <br /> Lindahl be renewed under Paragaph B, Section II of Oneka Ordinance 4,8. <br /> T.'otion carried. <br />
