MAY 21 , 1975 9 1 <br /> Knut Skjerseth - 5687 147th Street �l <br /> Wanted to know who is making this request. He stated that he doesn't <br /> need storm sewer. <br /> Ed Granger - 5616 147th Street <br /> Mr. Granger said to give the people of Hugo a break. He is against the <br /> storm sewer. <br /> Ray Peltier - 14624 Fitzgerald <br /> He had hard top streets and wants them put back the way they were before <br /> the sanitary sewer was put in. <br /> Bob Anderson 14127 Fondant <br /> Complained about dust and felt it would be cheaper to oil the streets once <br /> a year. <br /> Connie Crever - 5361 145th Street No. <br /> Mr. Crever felt the streets should be put back to their original condition <br /> and to do somesprinkling several times a year to keep the dust down. He <br /> felt that $175,000 would take care of a lot of blacktop. He was represent- <br /> ing the Legion and they could not afford anymore assessments. <br /> Mr. Kuusisto stated the reason for this meeting was to hear the public's <br /> opinion on these projects prior to putting the streets back to their <br /> original condition. <br /> Ray Peltier - 14624 Fitzgerald <br /> Mr. Peltier wanted toknow when they will start to put the streets back <br /> to their original condition. <br /> Ken Lindstrom - 14077 Fondant Avenue <br /> Mr. Lindstrom wanted toknow if this was going to be final on these three <br /> proposals. Mr. Lease stated that this public hearing was to hear testimony <br /> and we will not make a final decision tonight. <br /> Gary Mogren - 5519 146th Street No. <br /> Mr. Mogren stated that he does have a water problem but he felt that the <br /> sanitary sewer will take care of some of the problem because we will not <br /> be putting the surface water back in the ground. He is against curb and <br /> gutter and storm sewer but would like to see blacktop streets. <br /> Carl Christianson - 14882 Foxhill Avenue No. <br /> Wanted to know if the storm sewer would effect the water table. Mr. Kuusisto <br /> said very little. Mr. Christianson also wanted to know if these improvements <br /> would increase the value of the homes and thereby increasing property taxes. <br /> Gene Reinhardt - 14936 Foxhill <br /> Mr. Reinhardt wanted toknow what was going to happen to the dry wells on <br /> Foxhill. He stated that he has a water problem in front of house which lasts <br />
