He <br /> stated that the culverts were half full of dirt which was caused by the <br /> sanitary sewer project. Mr. Kuusisto said there was some work still to be <br /> done. <br /> Knut Skjerseth - 5687 147th Street <br /> Mr. Skjerseth wanted to know who was responsible for this. Mr. Lease <br /> stated this was done because people were calling and complaining about <br /> the water and street problems. <br /> Ed Granger - 5616 147th Street <br /> Mr. Granger wanted to know what was going to be the next move? Mr. Lease <br /> said they just wanted the opinions of the people and the Council will go <br /> over this information at a later date. <br /> Connie Crever - 5361 145th Street No. <br /> Mr. Crever wanted to know if there was a particular area that had a pro- <br /> blem. Mr. Lease said mainly the area around Foxhill and 147th. <br /> Barry Torno - 14859 Foxhill <br /> Mr. Torno wanted to know if corner lots would be assessed on both sides. <br /> He was told that it hadn't been decided yet, but 100% assessment would <br /> cost approximately $5.75 per foot, 50% assessment on side footage would <br /> cost $6.60 per foot and 25% assessment on side footage would cost $7.00 <br /> per foot. <br /> Alan Willette - 14033 Flay Avenue No. <br /> Mr. Willette was in favor of blacktop streets. <br /> Larry Funk - 14900 Foxhill <br /> Mr. Funk just wanted to have his road put back to its original condition. <br /> Pat Dooley - 5765 150th Street <br /> Mr. Dooley said that a drainage ditch to the highway would eliminate the <br /> water problem and that the drainage ditch that is owned by a private in- <br /> dividual could be condemned. He was against storm sewers and curb and <br /> gutters. Mr. Lease said the drainage ditch would be a partial solution <br /> but would have problems with the pipe freezing in the winter. <br /> Mr. Dooley wanted to know who allowed the contractors to build on this <br /> property. Connie Crever said at that time the City did not have a Building <br /> Code. <br /> Mr. Lease wanted toknow if there was anyone living on gravel that wanted <br /> blacktop. He would like to hear from these people. <br />
