JUNE 16, 1975 117 Schletty said he would rather see it tabled until the items i questioned are completed. T. Peltier, audience, said the Club should apply for a Variance. MOTION: Schletty made motion to table the Annual Review of the Special Use Permit for the White Bear Rod and Gun Club until all the requirements are met. MOTION FAILED FOR A LACK OF SECOND MOTION: Leroux made motion, LaValle seconded, to grant an extension of time on the four items in question On the Special Use Permit, Numbers 1 , 2, 9, and 11 . DISCUSSION: Leroux pointed out that under no circumstances should there be any shooting done on the grounds until all items are completed. Being construction has not been completed, another review by the Planning Commission should be done. Clerks office to notify the Gun Club that there will be no shooting, and they should post the land stating so. LaValle will instruct the Planning Commission, by Clerks office, to make an inspection the later part of August or first part of September to see if conditions have been met. They are to have their report to the City Council by their first meeting in September, September 2, 1975. Leroux seconded. VOTING FOR: LaValle and Leroux. VOTING AGAINST: Schletty. MOTION CARRIED Attorney submitted legal fees against the White Bear Rod and Gun Club. MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded to bill the White Bear Rod and Gun Club for legal fees of $0721 .00 and engineering fees of $192.00 and the National Biocentricts Enviromental Study for $02,500.00. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux and Schletty. MOTION CARRIED 5.4 ASSESSORE TO BE ABOLISHED IF THEY ARE NOT CERTIFIED Present local assessor is not certified nor is he interested in being certified. All assessing would be done through Washington County who would hire our local assessor to assess the area in Hugo as the county is short of certified assessors.
