AUGUST 49 1975 5)5 <br /> 5.1 WHITE BEAR ROD & GUN CLUB LICENSES CONT. <br /> Lease stated he would like a copy of the PCA's letter to the <br /> White Bear Rod and Gun Club and Mr. Sparks stated this is their <br /> normal policy. <br /> The White Bear Rod and Gun Club has not, as yet, submitted <br /> specifications for their proposed sewer system. <br /> There was no one present to represent the White Bear Rod and <br /> Gun Club. <br /> MOTION: Motion made by Lease, seconded by Schletty, to deny <br /> White Bear Rod and Gun Club applications for non-intoxi- <br /> cating liquor, cigarettes, and soft drink license as <br /> they have not complied with conditions of their permit <br /> as previously outlined, specifically sanitary sewer <br /> permit, cost reimbursement in the amount of 53,413 <br /> and obtaining Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Motion made by Lease, seconded by Schletty, seconded by <br /> Smith, that the City Clerk be instructed to notify the <br /> White Bear [pd and Gun Club that there will be no use <br /> of the facilities until all of the permit requirements <br /> are met, including but not limited to: <br /> 1 . Sanitary sewer permit filed and approved by the <br /> Minnesota Health Department. <br /> 2. Reimbursement of all expenses in the amount of <br /> $3t413-00- <br /> 3. Obtain Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> 4. In compliance with any other Local or State <br /> regulatory agencies. <br /> VOTING FOR: Schletty, Lease, and Smith. <br /> AGAINST: Leroux <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.2 P. A. LUMBLAD - TEMPORARY MOBILE HOME PERMIT <br /> MOTION: Motion made by Schletty, seconded by Smith, to issue <br /> a temporary mobile home permit under Chapter 40, <br /> Article III, Subdivision D. to P. A. Lumblad. <br /> VOTING FOR: Smith, Schletty, Leroux and Lease <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.3 ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST CHURCH <br /> MOTION: . Motion made by Lease, seconded by Leroux, to approve <br /> the non-intoxicating liquor, and soft drink <br /> license for St. John the Baptist Church. <br />
