AUGUST 4, 1975 <br /> VOTING FOR: Smith, Schletty, Leroux and Lease. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES <br /> 6.1 PLUMBING INSPECTOR - BOB VADNAIS <br /> No report. <br /> 6.2 ORDINANCE COMMITTEE <br /> 6.2.1 What Ordinance is the committee to work on next? <br /> Lease felt a "driveway ordinance" should be written <br /> and "Subdivision Ordinance" should be reviewed. <br /> Jim Smith stated Ordinance #264, "Shooting Regulations" <br /> has no reference and felt that it should be reviewed. <br /> 6.3 PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> Mary Ih bcock was introduced to the City Council, City Attorney <br /> and City Engineer. <br /> Bob Burkard read letter from the Senate Metropolitan Subdivision <br /> on land use requesting someone from the Council to make a 10 <br /> minute presentation on the land use of Hugo at their meeting on <br /> August 18. The Council has a meeting that night so the City <br /> Clerk was instructed to contact Dan Spitzer to see if he could <br /> go or have someone attend from the Planning Commission. <br /> 6.4 SEWER COMMITTEE <br /> Kuusisto stated that they should have dwgs. for storm sewers <br /> and streets by the next meeting. <br /> MOTION: Motion made by Smith, seconded by Schletty, to direct <br /> the City Engineer to get final plans and specifications <br /> for storm sewers and street restoration - Project <br /> #1975-1 . <br /> VOTING FOR: Smith, Schletty, Lease and Leroux <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.5 BUILDING INSPECTOR <br /> Tom Crever submitted report of permits issued. Tom Crever <br /> asked if the Pioneer Club cleanup was satisfactory. Lease <br /> stated that they were satisfied. <br /> There is aproblem with debris left behind by the sewer <br /> construction crew and other debris from other sources. <br /> Howard Kuusisto was instructed to inspect the area. <br /> A Mr. William Pavek . was installing a 6 foot fence in the <br /> front of his home and Mr. Crever instructed him to stop work <br /> and obtain a "Variance." Mr. Parek agreed to stop and called <br /> Mr. Burkard and then went ahead and finished installing the <br /> fence without the "Variance."
