SEPTEMBER 15, 1975 <br /> V � <br /> 2. That the southwesterly 24' of the fence be either removed <br /> or rebuilt in order to join to the northeasterly corner of <br /> the garage. <br /> 3. The Special Use Permit must be renewed on an annual basis <br /> without fee. <br /> 4. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions shall <br /> result in immediate termination of the Special Use Permit. <br /> Mr. Pavek stated that he disagreed with recommendation #2 that <br /> he had no viaability problem and did not want to change the fence <br /> he wanted it left where it is installed now. He also stated it is <br /> a solid cedar fence and that he wanted to extend it 30' further <br /> north. <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion Smith seconded to grant a Special <br /> Use Permit to William M. Pavek regarding the installation <br /> of his fence with the four conditions recommended by the <br /> Planning Commission with the Permit being placed on an <br /> annual review bases. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> AMERICAN LEGION MEMORIAL <br /> C. Crever representing the American Legion requested withdrawal <br /> of placing a memorial at City Hall. As the memorial contemplated <br /> will be a permanent installation they wanted it installed at a prominant <br /> place and it was being questioned wheather City Hall would remain at <br /> its present site. They are considering two other sites, the American <br /> Legion Hall or the Hugo Cemetary, preferably the Legion Hall as the <br /> Cemetary represents one denomination and the memorial will represent <br /> all. <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS <br /> 5.3 ROBERT H. VANDERWERFF - VARIANCE <br /> Mrs. VanDerWerff stated that if they built their garage at the <br /> required setback it would be in the msctile of their lot and that <br /> they would have to remove some tree. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Smith seconded to grant a Variance to <br /> Robert H. VanDerWerff to build a garage at less than the <br /> required setback. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 JUNE SMITH - AMENDED SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> Mrs. Smith had previous Special Use Permit to operate a Day <br /> Care Center. She has now reduced it to a Nursery School with <br /> less hour:. The Planning Commission recommended approval with <br /> the following conditions: <br />
