Copies <br /> of the warranty and service contract shal 1. be filed <br /> with the permit application submitted to the Zoning <br /> Administrator. <br /> (8) All other features of Aerobic Tanks not specifically <br /> mentioned in this Ordinance shall comply with National <br /> Sanitation Foundation Standard No. 40 (November 1970) . <br /> 404.08. Distribution and Dosing of Effluent. The distribution <br /> and dosing of Sewage effluent to the Soil Treatment System shall be <br /> as follows: <br /> (1 ) Gravity Distribution. <br /> a. Level or Slightly Sloping Ground . Sewage Tank <br /> effluent may be distributed by a distribution box <br /> provided that the final ground surface elevation <br /> of the lowest trench in the system is at least one <br /> ( 1) foot -above -the -out-]-et inverts ..of the <br /> distribution box . Distribution boxes shall be <br /> constructed and installed according to the <br /> following: <br /> ( 1 ) The box shall be watertight, with a removable <br /> cover and shall be constructed of durable <br /> materials not subject to excessive= corrosion <br /> or decay. <br /> (2) The inverts of all outlets shall be at the <br /> exact same elevation as measured from a liquid <br /> surface in the bottom of the box . <br /> 3) The inlet invert shall be a minimum of one ( 1 ) <br /> _ iri.ch ._ab.ov.e the .outlet i_nv.ert✓ <br /> (4) The outlet inverts shall be a minimum of four <br /> (4) inches above the distribution box floor. <br /> ( 5) Each distribution pipe shall be connected <br /> separately to the distribution box and shall <br /> not be subdivided . <br /> (6) When Sewage Tank Effluent is delivered to the <br /> distribution box by pump, a baffle, wall , or <br /> device shall be installed in the distribution <br /> box , or the pump discharge shall be directed <br /> against a wall or side of the box on which <br /> there is no outlet.
