(6 ) Electrical service to pumps and control shall be completed in compliance with the Minnesota State Electrical Code. Separate electrical permits and inspections are required from the Minnesota Board of Electricity. 4.04.09. Final treatment and disposal of all Sewage Tank e:ffl.u.ent shall be by means of a standard soil treatment and disposal system. ( 1 ) System sizing : a. The required soil treatment area shall be determined by the daily Sewage flow, either measured or estimated , and the Percolation Rate of the soil within the soil treatment area. b. Sewage flows for Dwellings shall be calculated as shown in Table II . Number of Bedrooms shall be determined by an examination of building plans and shall include all rooms having a reasonable potential for use as a Bedroom. In the case of existing development, the number of Bedrooms shall be -determined by -an inspection of the premises. Minimum daily Sewage flow capacity for any Dwelling unit shall provide for two (2) Bedrooms.
