Holding Tanks shall be located as required for <br /> Sewage Tanks, Table IV, and at locations readily <br /> accessible by normal pumping equipment. <br /> c . Holding Tanks shall be provided with a clean-out <br /> pipe of six (6) inch minimum diameter extending to <br /> or above the ground surface, capped or sealed to <br /> prevent odors and inflow of surface water. <br /> d . Holding Tanks shall be provided with a manhole of <br /> twenty (20) inch minimum least dimension to within <br /> a minimum of twelve ( 12) inches below finished <br /> grade' Covers shall be secured to prevent <br /> unauthorized entry. <br /> e.
