(8) Bedroom' Any room within a dwelling unit which, by <br /> virtue of its design and location , might reasonably be <br /> used as a sleeping room. <br /> (9) Building Drain . That part of the lowest piping of the <br /> drainage system-whi-cti receives the Sewage discharge <br /> inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the <br /> Building Sewer which begins at least one foot outside <br /> the building line. <br /> ( 10) Building Sewer. That part of the drainage system which <br /> extends from the Building Drain and conveys its • <br /> discharge to an Individual Sewage Treatment System. <br /> (11 ) Capacity. The internal liquid volume of a Sewage Tank <br /> below the outlet level . <br /> ( 12) Cesspool . An underground pit into which raw household <br /> Sewage or other untreated liquid waste is discharged <br /> and from which the liquid is allowed to seep into the <br /> surrounding soil . See 402.04 . <br /> ( 13) City. The City of Hugo, Minnesota <br /> ( 14) City Council . The Governing Body of the City duly <br /> elected and serving pursuant to Minnesota Statutes' <br /> (15) Distribution Pipe. Perforated pipe or spaced <br /> agricultural drain tile which is used to distribute <br /> Sewage Tank Effluent in a Soil Treatment System. <br /> (16) DNR. The- Minnesota Department of Natural Resources' <br /> (17) Dosinq Chamber. A separate tank or chamber which <br /> receives effluent from the Sewage Tank and serves as a <br /> reservoir for the Dosing Device. <br /> ( 18) Dosinq Device. A pump, siphon , or other device which <br /> mechanically discharges Sewage Tank Effluent from the <br /> Dosing Chamber to the Soil Treatment System. <br /> ( 19) Dwelling Unit. A residential building , or portion <br /> thereof, intended for occupancy by an individual or a <br /> family, but not including hotels, motels, boarding <br /> rooms or rooming houses, tourist homes, or trailers <br /> located in a mobile home park . <br /> (20) Filter Material . Clean rock , crushed igneous rock or <br /> similar durable and decay-resistent material free from <br /> dust, sand , silt or clay which is insoluble in Sewage <br /> Tank Effluent. The size shall range from three-fourths <br /> inch and two and one—half inches. <br />
