1 <br /> -f <br /> E. Storm drainage plan. <br /> F. Fire fighting and other public safety facilities and <br /> provisions such as hydrant locations and fire lanes. <br /> G. Data pertaining to numbers of dwelling units, sizes, <br /> lot area, ratios, etc. <br /> H. Exterior wall materials and design information. <br /> I . A topographic map showing contour elevations in <br /> 2 foor increments, or a contoured site plan showing <br /> elevations in 2 foot increments , whichever is <br /> applicable. <br /> J. A grading plan illustrating the proposes grade changes <br /> from the original topographic map. The gradings <br /> plan shall specify all grading so as to adequately <br /> drain and dispose of all surface water, storm water, <br /> and ground water in such a manner as to preclude <br /> large scale erosion, unwanted ponding, and surface <br /> chemical run-off. <br /> K. A recreation plan illustrating in detail all <br /> recreational facilities and structures. <br /> L. A landscape plan. The landscaping plan shall <br /> specify the size, type , and location of all trees <br /> and shrubbery and the location of all seeded and <br /> sodded areas. <br /> M. A soil erosion control plan for the construction <br /> period. This plan shall specify all fencing to <br /> prohibit heavy machinery and/or materials from <br /> being placed on areas not to be disturbed during <br /> construction. This shall, at a minimum, include <br /> all slopes in excess of eighteen percent (18%) . <br /> N. A parking facilities plan. <br /> (2) Hearing and Plan Review. The Planning Commission <br /> shall review the required plans and shall conduct a public <br /> hearing in accordance with Chapter 320-7 . The special use <br /> permit shall not be issued until site plan approval is <br /> obtained from the City Council . The site plans, when <br /> approved, shall be made part of the special use permit and <br /> non-compliance with the site plans may be deemed by the <br /> City Council as grounds for the revocation of the special <br /> use permit. <br />
