� nn VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle and Leroux. <br /> r J VOTING AGAINST: Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Smith stated he felt neither Lease nor LaValle should have voted <br /> on the matter since he felt they had violated the open meeting law. <br /> City Attorney asked if Smith wished him to pursue the matter - Smith <br /> said he was merelybringing it up. LaValle questioned whether either <br /> Smith or Schletty should have voted since they have both testified <br /> in court in opposition to the White Bear Rod & Gun. Jerry Perron <br /> asked the Council to consider their Occupancy Permit and also issue <br /> their on-sale non-intoxicating liquor and cigarette and soft drink <br /> licenses - fees have been paid. <br /> MOTION: Leroux made motion, seconded by Lease, to grant an on- <br /> sale non-intoxicating liquor license for $41 .65, a cig- <br /> arette license for $5.00, and a soft drink license for <br /> $5.00, to the White Bear Rod and Gun Club. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle and Leroux. <br /> VOTING AGAINST: Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> LaValle informed Perron to apply to the Building Inspector for the <br /> Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> 5.6 Norm Carlson - Site Plan Approval <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Leroux, to approve the <br /> site plan for Norman Carlson, the Hylarius Company for a <br /> 22 x 36 addition to his building, to be used for warehouse <br /> purposes. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Smith made motion, seconded by LaValle, to reimburse Mr. <br /> Norman Carlson, the $35.00 he paid for a Special Use Permit, <br /> which was dee .ed unnecessary. ' <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> George Miron - Mobile Home Permit Renewal <br /> U10 fee has been paid but clerk explained trailer has not been <br /> occupied since early January - applicant is trying to sell it. <br /> MOTION: Leroux made motion, seconded by LaValle, to have clerk <br /> send Mr. Miron a letter informing him that as long as it <br /> is no longer necessary to pay the fee; $10 to be returned. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Jerry Moe - Reauest for Time Extension on Plat <br /> Clerk instructed to send Mr. Moe a letter informing him he has <br /> until the end of August to file the final plat, which is subject <br /> to the five conditions set forth in the preliminary plat approval. <br /> Fischer Construction Company <br /> Correspondence received from Fischer Construction Company regarding <br /> whether it is necessary to post a letter of Credit and also whether <br /> the City is still interested in purchasing his stockpile. City <br /> Engineer stated there is approximately 7,000 yards of gravel in <br /> the stockpile. <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by LaValle, to have the clerk <br /> send Mr. Fischer a letter informing him that the City of <br /> Hugo is interested in purchasing the stockpile and that <br /> the Council would like to leave the Letter of Credit in <br /> it's current status until the next review. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty and Smith. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
