Mr. Vail replied yes. <br /> Mr. Vail was instructed to inform Howard Kuusisto's office when work <br /> is started. Cost of the work is to be 23% per square foot. <br /> 5.3 JIM BREVIG — Re: Vail dumping of dirt blocking natural drainage. <br /> Mr. Brevig failed to show. <br /> 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS — On—Site Sewer Systems (262—A) <br /> Mr. Charles Johnson, City Attorney, made appropriate changes in ordinance = <br /> Co:znci_J. 1n Lai% ]_1_e would like the word (shall) on page 17, #3, third <br /> sentence, to be changed to read (may) . Crever, Building Inspector, to <br /> see what he wants to have added to the ordinance before it can be <br /> approved. <br /> 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS — No discussion. <br /> 8.0 NEW BUSINESS <br /> 8.1 Dennis Burdick — Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Burdick did not appear because his legal representative <br /> was not available. Secretary instructed to send him a letter - <br /> stating that he should appear at the next City Council meeting, <br /> October 4, 1976, at which time his Special Use Permit will be <br /> acted upon. <br /> 8.2 Ed Waugh — Minor Subdivision <br /> Mr. Waugh would like to divide a 10 acre parcel into one 7 acre <br /> and one 3 acre. <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by LaValle, to approve minor <br /> subdivision of 2.97 acres which covers the existing restaurant <br /> and motel complex and will extablish a 30 foot private easement <br /> along the easterly edge of existing sanitary sewer easement <br /> running from 8A — 537 feet more or less. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Smith, Schletty, LaValle, and Leroux <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mr. Gerald Beach, tree inspector, informed us of three parties who were <br /> in violation of diseased trees (Mr. Waisted, Mr. Nash, and Mr. Smith) . <br /> Councilman Smitlx recommends that trees be hauled to Wyoming, Minn. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Lease, that concerned parties <br /> find another disposal service for the diseased trees. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Smith, Schletty, LaValle, and Leroux <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mr. Lloyd Knutseon, a representative for the Department of Natural <br /> Resources, presented a Project Proposal to the Council for the pur— <br /> chase of Paul Hugo Farms, acreage totaling approximately 360. Area <br />
