<br /> Mr. Kuusisto submitted his written report. He stated that the annual roads tour will
<br /> take place on Monday, May9, at 9:00 A.M.
<br /> Mr. Kuusisto was asked to review a letter from Mr. Ray Payne, MWCC, regarding the pro—
<br /> posed Centerville interceptor.
<br /> Mr. Kuusisto is still working on the Bald Eagle Sewer Study.
<br /> 6,7 Attorney
<br /> Mr. Johnson submitted his written report. He stated that the counter claim agaigat
<br /> Shafer has been answered. The Biesang Road matter was brought up again. Don Lease
<br /> had been contacted by someone, and they stated that they have gotten approval from
<br /> the party who was holding out. Don suggested that they contact Howard Kuusisto to
<br /> find out what was required to set the standard for building the road.
<br /> Howard Schletty inquired about the Bramstedt complaint agatinst Neil Buschmann. They
<br /> evidently removed three cars and then replaced them with three more. Mr. Johnson
<br /> stated that if a forma notice was given to Buschmann, it should be followed up.
<br /> Howard Schletty will investigate and report at the May 16, 1977, City Council
<br /> meeting.
<br /> 6.9 Clerk
<br /> The City Clerk questioned whether the check from Earl Forsblad for a liquor license
<br /> should be returned to him. Clerk instructed to return the check.
<br /> The Washington County Road and Bridge Maintenance Agreement with Hugo expired on
<br /> April 30, 1977. City Clerk has written requesting a 30 day extension. A lengthy
<br /> discussion ensued regarding the pros and cons of signing a contract with Washington
<br /> County for road maintenance, hiring a private contractor, or the city maintaining its
<br /> own roads. Howard Schletty will try to set up a special meeting with Ehlers to try
<br /> and initiate some action.
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to name the following de—
<br /> scribed road as Ivan:
<br /> The East 60 feet of the West 268 feet, except the North 660 feet there—
<br /> of, of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35,
<br /> Township 31, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota;
<br /> AND
<br /> The South 60 feet of the North 720 feet of the West 162 feet of the East
<br /> 327 feet of the West 595 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br /> Quarter of Section 35, Township 31, Range 21, Washington County,
<br /> Minnesota.
<br /> Also, to install signs at the Ivan intersection, and 177th Street and
<br /> Forest Boulevard, and 177th Street and Greystone.
