The <br /> Planning Commission approved the extension at their meeting of May 11, 1977. Mr. <br /> Kuusisto had no problem with the extension. <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Vail, to extend the ispection of <br /> George Indykiewicz minimg permit until October 15,1977. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to table the vacating of the <br /> easement until the next regular meeting of June 6, 1977. He submitted a letter stating the different <br /> issues that would have to be reviewed. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the draft be sent to the <br /> Ordinance Committee to resolve the discrepancies as noted in the letter <br /> submitted by Mr. Johnson. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 7.2 RR crossing - move from 130th to 128th Street <br /> Howard Schletty could not get in contact with the right people, so no action had been <br /> taken. Mr. Ken Tschida was directed to give the names of the gentlemen to contact to <br /> Mr. Kuusisto and Mr. Schletty. City Clerk directed to place the matter on the agenda <br /> for June 6, 1977. City attorney will review the resolution as submitted by Grace Develop- <br /> ment, and Kuusisto and Schletty will contact the railroad personnel. <br /> 2.23 Waterline extension (Valley View) <br /> Grace Development submitted a petition that was signed by Mr. Koecher and Grace Develop- <br /> ment. Councilman Vail stated that the two signees constituted over the required 356. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to hold a public hearing <br /> on June 6, 1977, at 7:00 P.M., to review the matter of waterline ex- <br /> tension for Valley View. Clerk directed to make all necessary publica- <br /> tions. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
