<br /> 5.5 George Indvkiewicz - Extension of mining permit
<br /> Mr. Indykiewicz submitted a letter asking the permit be extended to October. The
<br /> Planning Commission approved the extension at their meeting of May 11, 1977. Mr.
<br /> Kuusisto had no problem with the extension.
<br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Vail, to extend the ispection of
<br /> George Indykiewicz minimg permit until October 15,1977.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to table the vacating of the
<br /> easement until the next regular meeting of June 6, 1977. Clerk will
<br /> get cost of publication, attorney and engineering fees, to Sarah Mardell
<br /> for payment prior to that meeting.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schlatty, Irsfeld, and Vail.

<br /> Mr. Spitzer had asked attorney Johnson to draft a letter to the Metro Council re-
<br /> questing a time extension on the adoption of the Draft Systems Statement.
<br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Vail, to direct the Mayor to re-
<br /> quest an extension of time to October 1, 1977, on the Metro Council
<br /> Systems Statement.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsf:ld, and Vail.

<br /> The Hugo Slow Pitch Tournament will be held on June 4 and 5, 1977.
<br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant an On Sale Non-
<br /> Intoxicating Liquor and Soft Drinkl,icense to Hugo Slow Pitch Team,
<br /> in the amount of $15.00.

<br /> 7.1 Charles Johnson review of apts. in SFU zoning - 1st. draft
<br /> Mr. Johnson stated that there were a number of discrepancies with the proposed
<br /> ordinances and the existing ordinances. He submitted a letter stating the different
<br /> issues that would have to be reviewed.
<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the draft be sent to the
<br /> Ordinance Committee to resolve the discrepancies as noted in the letter
<br /> submitted by Mr. Johnson.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail.

<br /> 7.2 RR crossing - move from 130th to 128th Street
<br /> Howard Schletty could not get in contact with the right people, so no action had been
<br /> taken. Mr. Ken Tschida was directed to give the names of the gentlemen to contact to
<br /> Mr. Kuusisto and Mr. Schletty. City Clerk directed to place the matter on the agenda
<br /> for June 6, 1977. City attorney will review the resolution as submitted by Grace Develop-
<br /> ment, and Kuusisto and Schletty will contact the railroad personnel.
<br /> 2.23 Waterline extension (Valley View)
<br /> Grace Development submitted a petition that was signed by Mr. Koecher and Grace Develop-
<br /> ment. Councilman Vail stated that the two signees constituted over the required 356.
<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to hold a public hearing
<br /> on June 6, 1977, at 7:00 P.M., to review the matter of waterline ex-
<br /> tension for Valley View. Clerk directed to make all necessary publica-
<br /> tions.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail.
