Mayor LaValle stated that he felt these <br /> licenses could not be issued until the matter of whether the facility could be used <br /> for interior rifle range was in fact legal. Attorney Johnson is to review the Special <br /> Use Permit and the court decision, and advise the Council. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the purchase of 12 <br /> water meters by Water Superintendent, Robert Burkard, for a total <br /> of $594.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Flood Insurance Program <br /> There will be an informational meeting regarding flood plain areas heldat Hugo City <br /> Hall on September 13, 1977, at 2:00 PM. There will be a news relealse in the Forest <br /> Lake Times to this effect. <br /> Public Hearing - Revenue Sharing <br /> The public hearing was called to order at 7:32 PM. The City of Hugo has been allocated <br /> $15,996.00 from revenue sharing for the year 1978. This money will go to the city's <br /> Public Safety Department. The hearing was closed at 7:33PM. <br /> 5.3 Mr!, Shelffo (Mr. Tourist Camp) - Expanding use of trailer park <br /> Mr. C. B. Schneider, Department of Health, submitted a letter of Mr. Johnson stating <br /> the camp was in violation of the license issued to them. They are harboring 5 mobile <br /> homes and the license allows for only one mobile home. Orders were issued to remove <br /> four of the mobile homes with a compliance date of September 1, 1977.
