Withrow — Cont. i)5
Mr. Williams asked if Hugo could commit themselves to a donation ranging over a three
year period, and Spitzer stated that they could not allocate money now that could
affect any future Councils. The Association will also be contacting the Hugo Lion's
Club, the Margaret River's Foundation, Kelley Farms, and will be having fund raising
events in the future. It was also noted that the City had contributed to the con—
struction of the city's present tennis courts, and the hockey rink at Hugo Elementary
School. Irsfeld felt that the city should help that part of the community. He sug—
gested that the clerk find out how much the city did actually spend on the above
mentioned projects.
MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to direct the City
Clerk to find out how much the City of Hugo contributed to the
construction of the city's tennis courts and the hockey rink.
Matter to be placed on the October 17, 1977 agenda.
VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail
NOTION CARRIED
5.6 Robert Ricci — Variance
Mr. Ricci is asking for a rear yard setback variance.
