Mr. Johnson reviewed the copies, and found <br /> everything in order. All the license fees have been paid, and their <br /> bonds were in order. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant the <br /> following licenses to Richard & Larry Schmidt, Schmidty's <br /> Inc. : ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR, OFF SALE INTOXICATING <br /> LIQUOR, ON SALE SUNDAY, CIGARETTE, SOFT DRINK, AND BILLIARD, <br /> in the amount of $1832.00. <br /> 6.5 Fire Chief <br /> Mr. Al Ebeling, the new Fire Department secretary, presented a letter <br /> stating the newly elected officers of the Fire Department. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the City <br /> of Hugo appoint Richard Vail as the Fire Chief for 1978. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mr. Richard Vail was present, and stated that the Fire Department needed <br /> authorization to purchase some tools. The amount would exceed $100.00. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by LaValle, to authorize <br /> the Fire Department to purchase needed tools in an amount <br /> not to exceed $150.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
