9 7 NOVEMBER 20, 1978 <br />Genrich - continued <br />MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, advising Mr. <br />Genrich that the building sites will require normal per- <br />culation tests within a distance feasible for the disposal <br />of sewage from any planned building location. The osmosis <br />system may be considered as an alternative implementation, <br />but only if normal disposal systems can be made available. <br />VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld and Vail <br />ABSTAINED: Schletty <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />Vern Peloquin - Farm Site Plan <br />Let the record show that Mr. Peloquin's application is the same subject <br />matter as dealt with by the Planning Commission under the name of Dean <br />Atkinson. <br />MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the <br />Farm Site Plan for Mr. Vern Peloquin, as presented. <br />VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br />Mr. Peloquin is to make application for a Minor Subdivision relating to <br />this matter. <br />6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br />6.1 Resolution Establishing Clerk/Treasurer <br />MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to adopt RESOLUTION <br />1978-36, A RESOULTION AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CLERK/ <br />TREASURER, OFFICIALLY INFORMING THE FIRST STATE BANK OF HUGO <br />TO HONOR DRAFTS WITH TWO SIGNATURES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1979. <br />VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />6.2 Animal Ordinance <br />MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to table the pro- <br />posed animal Ordinance until the first meeting of June, 1979. <br />VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />LaValle suggested that the city look at some type of alternative ordinance <br />to help alleviate the cost of the proposed ordinance. <br />MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, amending the pre- <br />vious motion directing the Ordinance Committee to see if <br />an alternative method of control could be found for the <br />first meeting in June, 1979. <br />VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Mr. Kuusisto met with a representative from NSP regarding the installation <br />of lights on 148th Street. NSP will submit three different proposals, <br />and then the city act from there. <br />Councilman Schletty located two lights at the Old Village Hall. <br />
