Attorney Johnson will draw up the lease for <br />signatures. <br />MOTION: Spitzer made ;notion, seconded by Vail, that the City Council <br />authorize the Mayor to execute the lease according to the <br />terms specified, with Ed Waugh, agent for Irene Traeger, for <br />the building at 130th Street and Highway 61. <br />VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, authorizing the <br />use of City Hall on December 18, 1978, from 5:45 - 6:30 PM <br />for a Christmas program put on by the Washington County <br />Mobile Library. <br />VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />The City Clerk will investigate further the procedure for microfilming <br />performed at Washington County. <br />The city has received a letter from Northwestern Bell requesting per- <br />mission to attach a twenty foot fiberglass whip type antenna to the city's <br />water tower. They are also requesting to install an eight foot by eight <br />foot metal building near the base of the tower. The Lions Club has ex- <br />pressed interest in installing bathroom facilities on the city property, <br />so it was recommended that they contact Northwestern Bell to possibly <br />enter into a joint proposal. <br />MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to set a Special <br />Meeting of the Hugo City Council for December 1.1:, 1978, at <br />at 7:00 PM, to discuss the Land Planning Act in accordance <br />with Metro Council's System Statement.
