<br />The city will be entering into a lease with Ed Waugh for rental of one of
<br />his buildings at $75.00/month. Attorney Johnson will draw up the lease for
<br />signatures.
<br />MOTION: Spitzer made ;notion, seconded by Vail, that the City Council
<br />authorize the Mayor to execute the lease according to the
<br />terms specified, with Ed Waugh, agent for Irene Traeger, for
<br />the building at 130th Street and Highway 61.

<br />The City Clerk will investigate further the procedure for microfilming
<br />performed at Washington County.
<br />The city has received a letter from Northwestern Bell requesting per-
<br />mission to attach a twenty foot fiberglass whip type antenna to the city's
<br />water tower. They are also requesting to install an eight foot by eight
<br />foot metal building near the base of the tower. The Lions Club has ex-
<br />pressed interest in installing bathroom facilities on the city property,
<br />so it was recommended that they contact Northwestern Bell to possibly
<br />enter into a joint proposal.
<br />MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to set a Special
<br />Meeting of the Hugo City Council for December 1.1:, 1978, at
<br />at 7:00 PM, to discuss the Land Planning Act in accordance
<br />with Metro Council's System Statement. The following are
<br />to be present at the meeting: Bill Schwab, Washington
<br />County Planning representative, Carl Dale, the Planning
<br />Commission, City Attorney, and City Engineer.
