JUNE 4, 1979 73 LaVina Duraine - S.U.P. continued VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.7 Bald Eagle Sportsman Assn. - Annual review of Special Use Permit Mr. Timm, Club's president, was present, and stated that he would pro- vide the City with the telephone numbers for the Club's officers. MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, that the annual review of the Special Use Permit for the Bald Eagle Sportsman Association is complete and satisfactory. VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Irsfeld and Vail ABSTAINED: Schletty MOTION CARRIED 5.8 Howard Kuusisto - Report on Muggs Road At the annual road inspection, Kuusisto reviewed the site and reported that the culverts were still in poor condition. MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by .Schletty, directing the City Clerk to send a letter to Mr: Muggs asking him to repair the culverts after which the city will be in a position to release his letter of credit. VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED 6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES 6.1 Ordinance Committee Spitzer directed the City Clerk to notify the Chairperson of the Ordinance Committee to put together a current draft of the Subdivision Ordinance, provide an appropriately typed copy to this office for distribution to members of the City Council for the next regular meeting (June 18), at which time a meeting date will be set for review of the Subdivision Ordinance. 6.2 Planning Commission - Statue of Site Plan Approval in CB & RB Zone Attorney Johnson stated that this should be incorporated in the Zoning Ordinance and cross referenced in the Building Code section. MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, that the Ordinance Committee be contacted as to the status of this matter. VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail MOTION CARRIED
