The land was inspected by city officials, and there is no <br /> property there that can be used for lake access. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the City of Hugo notify- <br /> Mr. <br /> otifyMr. Greeder, County Auditor, that we are not interested in acquiring <br /> Lot 17, Block 2, Sunset Park Addition. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.6 Report from Health Officer McAllister <br /> Councilman McAllister has received verbal complaints about the discharging of raw <br /> sewage from residential septic systems located at 12049 Everton Avenue North and <br /> 15939 Ingersoll Avenue North. He has made an on-site inspection of the two parcels, <br /> and finds the complaints to be correct. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the City Attorney draft <br /> a letter that will be used by the City Clerk, to notify' all property owners <br /> of violations of the Nuisance Ordinance, pertianing to on-site septic <br /> systems. The City Clerk is directed to mail registered letters to the <br /> property owners at 15939 Ingersoll AVenue North and 12049 Everton Avenue <br /> North, requesting their presence at the meeting of 3/2/81 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
