<br /> Kuusisto suggested that the blacktop streets are in need of sealcoating. Schletty
<br /> directed to contact Washington County that Hugo would like to work with them on
<br /> their sealcoating program to try and keep cost to a minimum. Prior to any coating,
<br /> the roads should be patched and the cracks filled.
<br /> 6.8 Clerk
<br /> The city has received a complaint from Mrs. Leko regarding the conditons at the
<br /> MR Tourist Camp.
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, satonded bey-Vai ., that the City Clerk draft the
<br /> proper notice for violation of the Nuisance Ordinance for the Kassen
<br /> Rameden property. The letter is to go by registered mail, and notice
<br /> given to him to appear before the City Council at their meeting of
<br /> April 6, 1981 , at 7:15 PM.

<br /> The clerk informed the Council that Bob Vadnias, previous Plumbing Inspector,
<br /> was last paid November, 1978. His claim is for inspections that were presumed
<br /> made in 1979-80.
<br /> MOTION:. Schletty made motion, seconded by McAllister, to pay Robert Vadnais
<br /> $1325.00 for inspections made in 1979-80.

<br /> Letter received from David Lutz regarding money paid for Gopher Bounty. Clerk
<br /> instructed to write Mr. Lutz informing him that the city will consider his re-
<br /> quest at the time the Gopher Bounty Resolution is adopted in June.
<br /> A letter was sent to the Melody Lounge, attention Howard Meline, informing him
<br /> of his delinquent bills.
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, to call Howard Meline and
<br /> give him 2 days to pay his bills. If not paid, water will be turned off.
<br /> LaValle withdrew his motion.
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by McAllister, that a certified letter be
<br /> sent to Howard Meline, that according to contract dated December 23, 1980,
<br /> he is in arrears. According to the contract, he owes the city $676.79 for
<br /> the December quarter, $300.00 due February 1 , 1981 , and $300.00 due
<br /> March 1 , 1981 , for a total of $1 ,276.79. If this amount is not paid by
<br /> March 6, 1981 , 10:00 AM. , by cash or cashier's check, the water will be
<br /> shut off. The city will initiate proceedings to revoke the liquor
<br /> license pursuant to the agreement dated December 23, 1980, a copy. of
<br /> which is enclosed.
