May 4, 1981 <br /> 5.6 William Mulry - Septic System Violation <br /> Mr. Mulry has conferred with the city's Building Inspector regarding his proposal <br /> for a new septic system for the kennel operation. If installed according to pro- <br /> posal, the system would meet the requirements of the city according to Mr. Crever <br /> and Mr. Kuusisto. Mr. Mulry will be submitting the proposal to a number of con- <br /> tractors, and when. the lowest bid is secured, installation will be performed. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, that Mr. William Mulry furnish <br /> the city with evidence of installation of the new septic system by the <br /> City Council meeting of July 6, 1981 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Attorney Johnson reviewed Mulry's submitted proof-of-ownership, and determined that <br /> the information was not complete. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to table the transfer of the Special <br /> Use Permit until the meeting of July 6th, at which time the septic system <br /> will be installed and the title opinion be brought up-to-date, and allow <br /> Mr. Mulry to qperate as is. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.8 William Clark - Letter of Credit expires 6/1/81 <br /> Engineer Kuusisto and Councilman Schletty inspected the Clark property on Homestead <br /> Drive and determined that the erosion problem has not been solved. The upper area <br /> has been seeded, but the flow area itself is still a problem. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to notify Mr. William Clark <br /> and the First Bank of White Bear Lake, that Letter of Credit No. 197, <br /> in the amount of $2,500.00, to be renewed with an expiration date of 12/31/81 . <br /> Evidence of this renewal to be submitted by May 27, 1981. <br /> MOTION WITHDRAWN <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that Engineer Howard Kuusisto <br /> will contact Mr. William Clark and request that Mr. Clark appear at the <br /> City Council meeting of May 18, 1981 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.9 Armon Septic System- Bond expires May 7, 1981 <br /> The City of Hugo has :a bond from State Surety Company, in the amount of $4,0001 gua- <br /> ranteeing that the Armon septic system installed at 12616 Ingersoll AVenue will <br /> function properly. The present property owner has stated that the system is not <br /> working properly. Mayor LaValle has discussed this matter with Mr. Monson informing <br /> him that the city would be looking for an extension of the bond for a period of one <br /> year. Numerous agencies had been contacted by the Clerk's office stating that the <br /> extension would be coming, but nothing had been received in the office as of this date. <br />
