. -Th <br /> 1 <br /> July 9, 1981 <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to transfer Lions Club <br /> license from Hugo City property to 17727 Henna Avenue, Hugo, Minnesota, <br /> from July 17 through July 19, at which time the license will revert to <br /> premises leased from the City. Approval will be subject to a letter <br /> from the property owner granting permission to the Hugo Lion's Club <br /> to operate a refreshment stand during the horse show. The letter is <br /> to be submitted to the Clerk. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED • <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> A draft ordinance is being prepared amending Chapter 150. Mayor LaValle will <br /> review. Copy of Chapter 368 regarding the service of food to accompany the <br /> sale of liquor on Sunday. <br /> The ordinance regarding subdivision changes is being reviewed by Mrs. Peltier, <br /> the Planning Commission, and Ordinance Committee to differences in acreage. <br /> Councilman McAllister is going to work on fee recovery ordinance. <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 7.1 MR Tourist Camp Inspection <br /> MR Tourist Camp inspection was carried out be Councilman McAllister. He reported <br /> uncut grass, unoccupied trailer, broken windows, fence in need of repair and <br /> unsightly builidngs. No work has been done in the last 30 days. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, directing McAllister to draft <br /> a letter to the owner stating the problem the City has with unsightly <br /> surroundings. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 7.2 Bruce Myhre Inspection Report <br /> Council noted Bruce Myhre may be in possible violation of zoning ordinance and <br /> special use permit. NOTE: He did appear at meeting and is aware of the problem. <br /> Council is waiting to act on matter. <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the Mayor draft a letter <br /> of details to explain conditions under which special use permit was <br /> issued. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 7.3 1981 Road Plan <br /> Report on 1981 Road Plan. Councilman Schletty talked to Howard Kuusisto. Fashing- <br /> bauer easements prepared regarding ditching. 2500 yards of gravel have been <br /> hauled, and there are approximately 2500 yards left. The 180th Street culvert <br /> problem has been referred to Tom Crever. <br />
