July 20, 1981 Gary Gullikson - cont. MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the Site Plan for Gary Gullikson, 5651 180th Street, to construct a 40 x 60 pole barn for her personal storage only. VOTING FOR: LaValle McAllister, Schietty, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.6 Dennis Schultz - Site Plan Approval Mr. Schultz would like to construct a 32 x 56 pole barn at his residence at 13101 Henna Avenue. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Site Plan con- tingent on Mr. Schultz meeting the setback requirement of 20' from the interior lot line. Mr. Schultz stated that he had already done some excavating andhad trees planted and wanted to leave the barn located approximately 12' from the line. McAllister stated that a variance application would berequired and that Schultz would have to appear before the Planning Commission for their consideration. MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schietty, to table the Schultz application for Site Plan Approval until the meeting of August 3, 1981 . VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schietty, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.7 Norm's Auto Parts - Auto Dismantling Licenses (2) The Fire Chief made an on-site inspection of the yard and noted that the fire lanes were being installed as indicated on the fire land map. He suggested that the per- mit be granted for now, and review the matter agaie in September. McAllister ques- tioned the issuance of two licenses because only9eusines active on the property. The north end of the land is being used for storage. LaValle stated that at the time Mr. Horton requests to set up another operation, he would have to submit plans to the city for review. MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schietty, to approve two (2) Auto Dis- mantling Licenses for Norman C. Horton, Jr. , Norm's Auto Parts, at 16705 Forest Blvd. VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Vail MOTION CARRIED MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schietty, that the Special Use Permit for Norman Horton be reviewed at the meeting of September 21 , 1981. VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schietty, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.8 Robert Dotte - Discussion on Land Division Mr. Dotte wants to divide 37 acres into 3 parcels (10 - 10- and 17) . Part of the land is zoned AG and part CONS. Mr. Dotte was informed that he has an option of having the land remain in its presents zoning classification and create two parcels (17 and 20) or rezone acreage in CONS to AG and create two 10's and a 17. MOTION: McAlliste r made motion, seconded by Schietty, to table Robert Dotte's appli- cation for Land Division. VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Vail MOTION CARRIED
