(cont) <br /> will join the plat when approved. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schietty, <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Let the record show that Freeland Avenue as shown on the plat is not public property. <br /> 5. 12 Hubbard Broadcasting - Special Use Permit <br /> George Merrill, engineer for KSTP, stated that the Hugo site was slected because a <br /> quiet radio frequency area was needed. He stated that FCC does not require a light <br /> on the 100' tower, but would install one if Hugo so required. He restated his com- <br /> ments made to the Planning Commission regarding the clerk's assistance and helpfulness <br /> in this matter. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the Special Use <br /> Permit for Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. , to construct an earth/satellite <br /> system to include a 100 foot, self-supporting tower for micro way antennas, <br /> an 11 meter Scientific Atlanta, Model 8007, satellite antenna, a <br /> 14 x 30 foot equipment building, and a pad for future 8007 antenna, subject <br /> to the following: - <br /> 1. Installation to be surrounded by an 8' cyclone fence to include <br /> barbwire across the top. <br /> 2. All electrical power to be underground, if feasible. <br /> 3. Parking spaces to be provided within the fenced area. <br /> 4. Equipment building to be faced with similar construction to correspond <br /> with rest of industrial park. <br /> 5. Property owner agrees to join in the platting process of the City of <br /> Hugo when the property owner to the north does plat. <br /> 6. KSTP agtees to hold the City of Hugo harmless in granting this permit, <br /> and agrees to provide the City annually with the name, address and phone <br /> number of the complaint contact person. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.13 Charlene Page - Nuisance Complaint <br /> The city has received a letter of complaint from Ms. Page regarding the Gerald Novy <br /> property. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by McAllister, that the Charlene Page matter <br /> be tabled until the meeting of August 17, 1981 , at which time Councilman <br /> Deane Vail will make a report.. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schietty, <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
