Rehbein, <br /> a preconstruction conference will be set up. <br /> LaValle informed Councilman Schletty that before any work is started on the road <br /> ditch on Goodview Avenue (Fashingbauer property) a total picture should be reviewed, <br /> along with a cost estimate. Schletty will provide attorney Johnson with the necessary <br /> information so that Mr. Johnson can get the easements drawn up. <br /> 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to place the matter of review <br /> of amendment to Chapter 150 for the meeting of August 3, 1981 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mayor LaValle stated that he will review statute change for subdivisions to help <br /> the Ordinance Committee is their review. <br /> Ron Istvanovich is to deal directly with the Hugo Medical Clinic regarding the <br /> installation of fence along his property line. <br /> 8.0 NEW BUSINESS <br /> The Council discussed the remodeling work being done on the property previously <br /> owned by the Rehbein!:s located at 4809 180th Street. After the court ruled that <br /> a 5 acre parcel could be recorded in a 10 acre zone, it was noted that no Building <br /> Permits could be issued for the existing residence. The Building Inspector issued <br /> a permit to Robert J. Houle on 5/20/81 for remodeling and an addition. Because <br /> work had already been started, the attorney stated that he would have to check the <br /> law to determine if the work could be red tagged. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by McAllister, to extend meeting passed 11:00 PM. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> Attorney Johnson has been in contact with Ms. Joan McGuire, attorney for NSP, re- <br /> garding construction of power lines along city right-of-way. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by McAllister, that the City Attorney res- <br /> pond to-NSP's attorney, requesting that the information for at a pre- <br /> vious meeting be submitted to his attention. <br /> 1.
