August 3, 1981 <br /> Engineer - cont. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, that a Special Meeting be <br /> scheduled for August 24, 1981 , at 7:00 PM, for a possible public hearing <br /> on Project 8102 in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, that the Mayor be authorized <br /> to initiate the proper publication to affect a new public hearing for <br /> Project 8102 in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, that the Mayor be authorized <br /> to sign Change Order #1 for Project 8102. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the City Engineer's office <br /> be requested and authorized to prepare a report on the impact of the <br /> sanitary landfill located in Hugo, and that the Mayor be authorized to <br /> expend the necessary funds, if necessary, in obtaining outside con- <br /> sulting assistance. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.6 Attorney <br /> Mr. Johnson submitted his monthly report. Mr. Johnsonquired as to the status <br /> of the Howard Moe request for subdivision. Mr. Moe hadnilormed of what"was re- <br /> quired of him, but as of this date, nothing has been submitted. The subdivision <br /> application for subdivision is to be placed on the Planning Commission agenda for <br /> August 12, 1981 , and definite action to be taken. Mr. Moe is to be notified of <br /> this matter. <br /> Mr. Johnson had received a copy of a Warranty Deed for the subdivision of land in <br /> the Peloquin Industrial Park for KSTP's satellite station. The survey submitted <br /> included a 10' drainage easement which was not included on the deed. LaValle <br /> stated that there is anew drainage plan being prepared, and if KSTP is going to <br /> be a party of the final plat, that easement could be placed on the plat at that time. <br /> Peloquin stated that easements are indicated on the KSTP property and Riermann <br /> property on the plat. There was discussion on the changes in the original plat, <br /> and whether a new application should be submitted. Attorney Johnson stated that <br /> the ordinance allows for amendments if close to the original plan. If the plan <br /> changes drastically, a new application would be required. . In order for the Minor <br /> Subdivision to be officially approved, KSTP should submit a corrected Certificate <br /> of Survey showing access to their property from 152nd Street. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, that the City sign the <br /> Warranty Deed and take care of the drainage easement at such time as <br /> plat is worked on. <br /> Irsfeld withdrew his motion. <br />
